Author Biography

Eight year old Peter, who has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and Dalton who has cerebral palsy attend camp for the first time. Both are afraid of some new experiences, but find that, with friends to cheer them on, everything becomes easier. As their friendships grow, they are able to reach out and enjoy many new activities as well as increasing their personal independence. Becoming real friends can even happen.
